I can’t quite explain what I’m feeling which is weird considering this is my profession. All I know is that I made up my mind a few days ago about letting things go, attempting to stop worrying about things that I have no control over and distancing myself from the things that don’t fit very well in my life. So far so good. I am feeling so much calmer and happier.
